Yahweh is an English rendition of יהוה, one of the names of God found in the consonantal text of the Hebrew Bible. These four Hebrew letters (יהוה), known as the Tetragrammaton, are transliterated JHWH in German, and YHWH, YHVH, JHWH and JHVH in English. I was at Church a few months ago and up on the screen the word Yahweh popped out at me and felt I was supposed to go home and write God a song with his Hebrew name… I couldnt get home fast enough as the song was already playing in my head. I walked in the door picked up my Guitar and out came this song. I really had nothing to do with it.This song is From God….Yet also For God.

I did visit Youtube looking for songs named Yahweh, because now I know that is the real name of God; now days he is showing to us his Name. And I found this song, and I want to tank you to write that song, I can feel the strong power that came out from you when you sing that song.

This song has hope! Perhaps it should be arranged a little differently, but the lyrics are great! So much truth in them.
May I suggest you read the book entitled “The Sacred Name Yahweh,” which is online for free. You’ll get a clearer understanding how important Yahweh’s name truly is. The website is yahweh.org . make sure you key in “org” and not “com.”

What a great experience today..I gotta be honest I just came into look but you were so nice I just had to get it done right then and there.
yes… im so glad that u wrote this. a very simular thing like that has happened to me. i was at church and the preacher was saying all of the names refering god. when he shouted yaweh my whole body had chills. as if a voice said this is my name. i didnt know then why it was so beautiful to me. untill i came across a song by need to breath called (signature of dvine yahweh) and looked into it more. let every tounge confess the name yahweh amen.
Thanks for a great song and sharing the message behind it. I recently took a photo and yesterday, when I pulled it up on the computer to edit it…I clearly felt God told me to print the photo and put text on it that states “I am here. YHWH”.. I have done that now and today was looking for songs to listen to that reflect HIS true name and found yours. May Yahweh bless you and your song ministry.
